Nokia introduces the new location based game

Mobile phone games are amongst the most popular forms of gaming. The fierce competition between the various cell phone companies and service providers is one factor that has increased the popularity of free mobile phone games.

To stay ahead in the competition Nokia has recently launched a location based mobile game to add to the already existing list of mobile games. With the help of this location based game, the company is introducing cell phone users to a new generation of mobile entertainment

A couple of weeks ago Nokia announced Ovi Maps, which is a turn-by-turn navigation application, would be available free for all compatible Nokia handsets. Now the Finnish-based company has developed a mobile application that fuses mapping with location-based technology and mobile gaming. Using the maps available, players can create their own, unique racing track and once the track has been created players can fire up their engines & start racing.

This game would surely revive Nokia’s mobile gaming drive and if you want to be a part of it then pick one of the compatible handsets & go speeding around your own back yard!
